Arturo, a placid man in his 40s, receives an unexpected visit from an Angel of Death, who has the surprising appearance of a sexy, foul-mouthed woman with a passion for tequila and younger boys. The supernatural being, whom Arturo calls “Angela,” shows him how his seemingly perfect life is actually a bunch of lies and deceit, and invites him to a quick passing. Arturo makes a pact with his improper companion. He will accept his fate if she will help him take revenge on all those who have mocked and exploited him at work and in private life. But his and Angela’s actions have a double and unexpected consequence for both of them. Arturo disappears from the Registry of the Dead, but Angela, on the other hand, loses her immortality and risks being eliminated forever.
