Riccardo and Federico, two boys from Puglia very different from each other but friends since childhood, in order to break through in life and ‘change their stars’ decide to make a difficult choice that will challenge their relationship with friends, girlfriends and society in general.

The region of Puglia, in fact, opens a call for funding to support entrepreneurial activities in the field of fashion, and Federico (a penniless playboy of perifiery and a liar by profession, with a little brother in charge) convinces Riccardo (a design talent who lives in Milan with his girlfriend Lucia and works as a salesperson) to return to Puglia and realize his dream: to open a fashion atelier. However, funding is reserved for de facto couples, and the two friends, in order to participate, will have to pretend to be homosexuals. Helping them to become a couple credible enough to pass the selection will be Roberto, editor of the newspaper “Puglia Oggi,” an undeclared homosexual and Carlotta’s boss, an uncompromising storm reporter with a rebellious personality who has meanwhile waged her own battle against the new head editor Maria Luisa, who is recommended and before capacity.
